Kapstone Technologies, Inc.

Kapstone Technologies, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business offering Information Technology and Intelligence and Analytical Services to the Federal government. Our expertise spans a variety of areas, including Operations and Maintenance, Software Development, IT Field Support and Service Desk. Additional areas of specialization include proven excellence in Program Management.

Kapstone’s proven management approach is simple:
(1) find the right people and continue to evolve their skills through supplemental and facilitative training, (2) use proven processes, ensuring the success of mission objectives and customer satisfaction, and (3) provide the team with the tools necessary to ensure they can do their job as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Our Customer Service goal is to improve overall customer experience by whole-heartedly engaging in the customer’s mission and offering pinnacle service to achieve next level goals. This overall management approach will, in turn, ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

We will focus on ensuring consistent operational capability for the men and women who carry out this daily mission. We will continue to grow our staff with training, certifications, and various experiences, allowing our team to obtain and maintain the necessary expertise to fully support current and future technologies.

ELAINE KAPETANAKIS
Founder | CEO, President

As Kapstone’s founder, Ms. Kapetanakis has served as the CEO/President since 2010, guiding the company’s overall strategic vision as well as providing day-to- day management and oversight. She has grown Kapstone into a profitable company that is recognized for its ability to help customers solve complex operational challenges. Her never-ending focus on delivering exceptional customer experience has been instrumental in the successful growth of the company.

Prior to starting Kapstone, Ms. Kapetanakis was a Senior Vice President at McNeil Technologies where she helped to build its Federal IT division. Before being promoted to corporate management, she held many roles in the IT industry to include Program Manager over a large IT government contract. There she was responsible for organizing, staffing, budgeting, directing, planning and controlling a $40M/year contract with stringent Service Level Agreements.

Ms. Kapetanakis has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from National Luis University and is certified as a Project Management Professional.
