Kapstone has worked many variations of help/service desks. In every case we have improved performance, increased SLAs and increased customer satisfaction. We have provided Tier 1 to Tier 3 support in a variety of COTS and GOTS environments. We have specialized in VIP Support, building systems to accommodate special requests, bi-lingual environments and report development. Additionally, we have supported software testing; providing feedback to the developers enabling them to implement changes for better functionality.

We provide training to customers where needed reducing the necessity for return calls. Kapstone has, through innovation and an effort dedicated to the mission, increased customer satisfaction on all of our contracts.

Kapstone provides desktop support for a multi-location customer. We provide an emphasis on remote resolution where possible. Skilled in not only PC and MAC hardware and software support, but also support for mobile devices.

PROGRAM
Management

Proven Excellence in mission and goal-oriented Program Management.

With extensive Program Management experience across all aspects of Information Technology, Kapstone has managed opportunities as small as a two person to as large as a 400 person project. We have implemented new projects putting into place processes and procedures, written SOPs and managed knowledge bases. Our experience encompasses one-location opportunities as well as multi-location opportunities. We specialize in process improvement with experience evaluating current situations, assessing areas for improvement factors, recommending and implementing those changes. Kapstone utilizes the PMI standards and in doing so has increased SLAs, decreased budgets and improved overall efficiencies.

Kapstone has also transitioned a variety of government contracts ranging in size, scope and number of locations. In addition, we’ve assessed and improved processes during transition allowing for immediate positive movement. Kapstone manages staffing, budgets, assets and deadlines successfully ever aware of a transition's impact on the agency mission. We have designed special projects to work with the incumbent to transition data mitigating risk for the customer.
